Episode 6 Sight That Saves Sight That Condemns

In this powerful conclusion to From Darkness to Sight, we encounter the healed man one final time—no longer just physically healed, but now spiritually awakened. When he meets Jesus again, everything changes. This is where sight becomes more than vision—it becomes belief. But not everyone sees. While one man moves from blindness to worship, the Pharisees remain stuck in their spiritual darkness, convinced they already see. Jesus reveals a sobering truth: it’s not blindness that condemns—it’s the refusal to admit it. This episode challenges us to examine our own sight. Are we truly seeing Jesus for who He is, or are we blinded by pride, religion, or assumption?

Lord Increase our Faith part 1 of the series

Faith isn’t static—it grows. In Gospel of Luke 17:5, the disciples make a simple but powerful request: “Lord, Increase our faith.” They had walked with Jesus, seen miracles, and heard His teaching—yet they still knew something was missing. This episode explores what it means to recognize your need for greater faith, how faith actually grows, and why God honors the honest request for more. Because real faith doesn’t pretend—it asks.

Seen Heard and Sent: The Love That Became Flesh

In a world full of opinions about who Jesus is, Scripture gives us something far greater than speculation—it gives us eyewitness testimony. In this episode, we explore the powerful truth that Jesus is not just an idea or a distant figure, but the Word made flesh, seen, heard, and experienced. Through the writings of John, we are reminded that God didn’t just speak love—He demonstrated it by sending His Son. This love is not abstract; it is personal, sacrificial, and transformational. If we truly receive it, we are called to reflect it.

Being a Doer of the Word Living What you Hear - Episode 2367

In James 1:22-25, we’re reminded that faith is not just about hearing God’s Word—it’s about living it. Too often, we can nod along in agreement during a sermon or Bible reading, yet walk away unchanged. In this episode, we explore how to bridge the gap between knowing and doing, so that we become people whose lives reflect the truth we believe. God’s Word is a mirror showing us who we are and who we can be through Christ—let’s not walk away and forget the reflection.

In this episode, we’ll explore how Scripture confirms our identity as God’s children, loved beyond measure, made in His image, and freed from the lies of the enemy. We’ll also address common misunderstandings—like thinking we earn God’s pride through performance or that He accepts us without desiring to transform us. The goal is to embrace the beauty of God’s truth while keeping our theology anchored in His Word.

How do we, even today, create “broken cisterns” in our lives? Join us as we unpack this powerful verse, exploring its historical context, spiritual implications, and practical relevance. It’s a call to return to the source — to God Himself — and to stop seeking satisfaction in things that ultimately leave us dry and empty.

Change our Focus - Episode 2339

Could it be that we have our focus on the wrong thing? Jesus calls His first disciples and told them He’d make them fishers of men. Fishing they understood. Jesus didn’t use bait, He simply called people to repentance. Our focus must shift from using “bait” to call people to Christ, and use the Gospel to call people to repentance. When Peter and the disciples went fishing in John 21, they caught nothing. When they followed Jesus’ instructions, they caught so much that their nets began to break. Maybe we need to follow Jesus’ calling to repent and believe.

We’ll explore what Scripture says about this fight, how to navigate it without giving in to shame, and why God’s love doesn’t depend on our perfection. If you’ve ever felt like you’re failing God or wondered why holiness feels so hard, this conversation is for you.
