First Corinthians 10:1-5, Numbers 11:1-6, Philippians 3:13-14. Let the past be past. Your past is not going to help you get to your future. For Israel, as they were marching through the wilderness heading to their promised land, they could not let go of the good things of the past. They wanted the past more than they wanted the future. They all had seen the mighty hand of God at work to get them to where they were, but they didn’t trust that mighty hand to get them where they were going. Do you trust the mighty hand of God for your future, or are you going to cling to the good things of the past?
