Many of us need to learn how to let go. Let go of the things that cause us to worry. Worry is not something God wants us to carry. Today, we will learn how to let go of our worries, and embrace the peace that only God can give.

Matthew 5:33-37. Here, Jesus is teaching us to make no promises. God knows full well that most promises we make, we have absolutely no intention of keeping. That is why He teaches us that a simple Yes! Or No! Will be sufficient.

Psalm. 91:2-3. The LORD God is our safe place. He is our protector and He is our deliverer. Will you run and stay close to our Safe Place?

Nehemiah 1. This chapter is a great intercessory prayer example. We see all the elements needed for this type of prayer, so you may want to jot them down in a notebook or piece of paper for future use.
